Your use and access to BANG AROMA LLC is subject to these Term and Conditions as set forth in this agreement. By accessing, browsing or otherwise using this site, you acknowledge that you have read and understand, and are agreeing to be bound by these terms. Use of this site also constitutes that you attest to the fact that you are an adult and have legal capacity to enter a contract in the jurisdiction where you reside. This site is not for anyone under 21 years of age and in no event shall anyone under 21 years of age use this site.

 

Terms of sale for all orders placed on the BANG AROMA LLC website are pre-paid, credit card only. All credit cards are processed through Authorize.net and assured secure by the authentication of the Authorize.net security symbol located on our website.

 

  • WE WILL NOT SHIP OUT ANY ORDERS WHOSE NAME ON THE ORDER IS DIFFERENT FROM THAT ON THE CARD, PLEASE MAKE SURE THE CORRECT INFO IS ENTERED OR YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELED AUTOMATICALLY. BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESSES MUST MATCH FOR THE ORDER TO BE FULFILLED AND NOT CANCELLED. ANY ORDER OVER $100 WILL REQUIRE A DIRECT ADULT SIGNATURE OF THE PERSON ON THE BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS. THESE TERMS ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE AND WILL NOT BE CHANGED FOR ANYONE

 

While BANG AROMA takes all care to inspect the merchandise before they leave the warehouse, it is customers’ responsibility to inspect all shipments received for damages, defects or discrepancies upon receipt. In case customers receive any package in damaged condition, they should report the damage to the carrier first and to BANG AROMA and retain the damaged package(s) in “as is” condition until they are inspected by the carrier. Any claims for damages, defects or discrepancies should be made within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise. Failure to make such report will constitute full acceptance.

 

Damaged merchandise may be returned for replacement or refund. Any merchandise damaged due to normal wear or misuse will not be replace or refunded. Defective or faulty devices will be replaced or refunded in accordance to the manufactures warranty as specified for each individual product.

 

Out of state customers are responsible for collection and payment of their individual states taxes that are applicable.

 

All products sold by BANG AROMA are intended for legal sale and use only. By purchasing products and accessories from BANG AROMA, you are representing that you are 21+. Only legal, safe, known and identifiable and commercially developed and marketed products should be used in devices purchased from this site.

 

Coupon codes that can be stacked with other codes cannot be used unless stated otherwise by BANG AROMA.

 

BANG AROMA may change or alter the terms and conditions without liability.

 

Additionally, any claim based on use of information from this website shall be governed under the jurisdiction of the State of Michigan, USA.

 

 

 

Return Policy:

 

  • Orders with any issues must contact BANG AROMA within 72 hours of delivery
  • Products with defects can be returned within 45 days
  • Orders with issues can email support@bangaroma.com with a description, image of the issue and image of the packaging slip/invoice.
  • Any returns where BANG AROMA is at fault will have shipping paid for by BANG AROMA, otherwise shipping and handling will be charged for returns
  • Manufacturer defects after 45 days must be dealt with through the manufacturer
  • Due to compatible pods being banned by the FDA starting February 6th 2020.  Effective immediately we will not be taking returns on compatible pods. All sales are final. We do apologize for the inconvenience.
  • We will always guarantee that satisfaction of our customers, if there ever is an issue please contact us we are here to keep our customers happy

 

 

 

SHIPPING:

 

Please note that we are not responsible for packages which are lost or damaged by the USPS. USPS First Class mail is not insured.  Priority Mail Express shipments include up to $100 of insurance and Priority Mail shipments may include up to $50.  It is important to note that BANG AROMA can only request reimbursement from the USPS for non-delivery.  If your item is listed as delivered by the USPS but not received, or damaged in transit you will have to file the claim directly.  For the best insurance protection and fastest reimbursement resolution we encourage buyers to consider UPS or FedEx.

 

  • Please note that FedEx and UPS Air Services (Next Day / 2 Day) guarantee delivery in business days (Mon-Fri).  Thus orders placed via overnight delivery after 11AM on Thursday will be delivered on the following Monday.  2 Day orders placed after 11AM on Thursday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
  • Shipping and delivery time maybe delayed around the Holidays, High Volume Times, and Extreme weather periods
  • Once the order is shipped, an email is sent to our customers with the tracking information.
  • All orders at BANG AROMA ship within 24 hours, unless one of the three options in the first bullet point happen.
  • We do not ship on Saturday and Sunday

  • Free Shipping 5-7 Business days, First Class 3-5 Business Days, Priority Mail 1-3 Business Days
  • We offer Fedex & USPS
  • Orders over $100 will receive FREE SHIPPING Service 5-7 Business Days
  • Orders over $100 will be sent first class mail unless over 16oz also with signature delivery. IF THE CUSTOMER REQUEST TO HAVE THE SIGNATURE REMOVED, BANG AROMA  WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR THE PACKAGE BEING LOST OR STOLEN.
  • We do not drop ship products everything we sell is shipped directly from our warehouse
  • Orders that are received with leaky bottles, damaged or defective products in shipment must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery date.  If reported after 48 hours of the delivery date, BANG AROMA has the discretion to accept or decline the return and or refund. 
  • Please send an image of the condition of the product to support@bangaroma.com.
  • Our customers will always be reimbursed for product that is damaged in shipping if and only if reported within 48 hours of the delivery date.  Our customers will receive Store Credit or a Refund and that is at the discretion of BANG AROMA.
  • WE DO NOT SHIP TO: RHODE ISLAND because of impending vape bans and will cancel all orders from those states immediately.
